Whether menopause comes naturally or earlier than expected, it\u2019s important to talk with your healthcare provider about managing symptoms, protecting your bones and heart, and maintaining quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>Menopause is not an illness \u2013 it\u2019s a new phase of life.
